We are sorry for our inconvenience that we could not able to provide you the goods that you have ordered in time. This is happened because of the continual govt holidays and due to bad weather condition. Actually we have sent the goods 4 days before which means the next day of your order. Only because of the external delays this has happened. Anyway this problem also should be treated as our problems and we regret for it. We would like you to accept our apologies and we will deliver the goods within 2 days from the date mentioned above. We thank you for your patience.
