This is the letter to convey my apology to my customer for positive experience even for the delay when the product that he has been ordered has been delivered late. First of all I should regret for my behaviour and I regret for it in a very precise manner. You have ordered a product of TATA Company which has to be delivered last week but since the public holidays crossed in between we could not deliver it on time. But even that thing you have approached in a positive manner. We feel sorry for our inconvenience and since we don’t have any other go to handle this we are pushed to do this. But we are sure this would be the last time this happens. We swear from the next time this will not be the case and we request some grace period to get it ready.
