This is the letter to convey my apology to the customer for making an error while servicing the TV that he had given as warranty claimed thing. First of all I should regret for my behaviour and I regret for it in a very precise manner. You have given a TV for servicing it in a proper way by claiming it within the warranty period. But due to unavailability of employees in our branch we have done our level best. But at last it returns an error. I request you to condone me and I have clearly explained what had happened. Though am not the person who did mistake am also the person who failed to behave responsible. I request you to accept my apology. I promise you this will not happen again at any cost.
