Dear sir/ madam,

Subject: requesting to accept my apology for delay in the delivery – regarding.

This is the letter to convey my apology to my customer who has placed an order of Philips Headset in my site. First of all I should regret for my behaviour and I regret for it in a very precise manner. You have ordered a Headset which costs of Rs. 230/- which are supposed to be delivered by today. But due to continuous public holidays we could not move the product from here. But since it is our own problem we are not blaming you. These things are not that easy so that we can finish it off that soon. But you are in a hurry and I don’t have any other go to handle this in any other way. So all I request is you to think of about excusing me and for the delay and award me a week more time to deliver the goods. I also request to accept my apology.
