Subject: requesting to accept my apology to client for error– regarding.
This is the letter to convey my apology to client for making an error at the last time of the delivery of the software to the client hand. First of all I should regret for my behaviour and I regret for it in a very precise manner. We have developed the software throughout the entire modules and the entire period with trial and error business and also testing have been done side by side. But we didn’t do integrated testing due to your urgency of delivering the product soon than the expected date. As the result it made as an error. We feel sorry for our inconvenience and since we don’t have any other go to handle this we are pushed to do this. But we are sure this would be the last time this happens. We swear from the next time this will not be the case and we request some grace period to get it ready.
