Subject: requesting to accept my apology to business – regarding.
This is the letter to convey my apology to business for cancelling the order. First of all I should regret for my behaviour and I regret for it in a very precise manner. Since your company provides the outsourcing products we have ordered you the order of spare parts for one crore and 3 instalments. But since your company have some issues in the market regarding the quality we are afraid of your products quality for our company. So we have decided to cancel the order. We feel sorry for our inconvenience and since we don’t have any other go to handle this we are pushed to do this. But we are sure this would be the last time this happens. We swear from the next time this will not be the case and we request some grace period to get it ready.
