Dear sir/ madam,

Subject: requesting to accept my apology for inappropriate language – regarding.

This is the letter to convey my apology for using inappropriate language in front of foreign delegates.  First of all I should regret for my behaviour and I regret for it in a very precise manner. Actually there was a meeting offered by the foreign delegates for the collaboration of our company with foreign company. In that meeting while giving the speech I have included colloquial language which is banned in such places. Since we presented in a group we are now here to ask for apologise and to revoke all the things that we have done. We also personally request you to condone our behaviour only for this time and from next time onwards we will not be with this.
